Sinar Baja Electric commitment to the customers goes beyond simply assembly and sales support. We have spent many years creating a vertical supply chain for the most critical materials. Moving these processes in house improves quality, costs, on-time delivery and assures the finest possible products.
RND / Engineering Support.
Sinar Baja Electric has Engineering facility in Indonesia as well as in Denmark, called Danesian Audio ApS (more detail please see profile). Both divisions will work together to develop new design and new technology from scratch to prototype.
We also have facilities to do reliability testing based on customer requests, from power/reliability testing, weather resistance test, and accurate speaker measurement system. Software we use for simulation and speaker measurement are : Fine cone, Fine motor, Spead, Bass box pro, Leap, LSP Cad, Daas Pro, LMS, ATB, Clio, & Protel.
Also some measurement equipments we use at RND are : F0 meter, Impedance meter, DCR meter, Polarity Check, Audio Generator, Noise Generator.
We have more than 25 Engineers for both acoustical and mechanical.
With the complete equipments, laboratory and workshops, we can be flexible to do prototypes for our customers, either for cabinet prototype or speaker prototype.
To back up the prototype and pre-production phase, we have engineering support that will do all the complete mechanical design, complete CAD/CAM drawings of parts and toolings, as well as the final Bill of Materials. All the documents are kept and ready to be submitted to the customers. Mechanical software for our parts and toolings that we use are : Solidworks, Auto CAD, Pro E. We also do the packaging design for customers, as well as do the testing for the safety to make sure products are safely packed and labeled.
Sinar Baja Electric has fulfilled yet another commitment to always focus on the solution. Having already filed several Patents in transducer technology, there is no challenge we are not willing to try.

In house workshop, we have CNC Milling, CNC Lathe, Wire cut machine, EDM, and other conventional support equipments, therefore we can do our own jig/ fixtures/ tools for productions, steel chassis tooling, plastic injection tooling, and parts prototype, as well as production machinery.
