Job Specifications & Requirements

1.  Production Supervisor

Job Description :

  • Responsible to meet daily production target on schedule.
  • Maintain and ensure machines and production tooling ready to be used.
  • Ensure all products meet quality standard.
  • Analyze production failures and take corrective and preventive actions.
  • Control daily and preventive maintenance reports.
  • Ensure and maintain work safety according to company regulations.

Requirement :

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronic with GPA min 2,75.
  • Experienced in supervisory level min. 2 years.
  • Knowledge in ISO/TS 16949 or ISO 9001 would be an advantage.
  • Preferably have skills in continuous improvement tools (fishbone analysis, 8D Report, 5 Why Report, Kaizen, etc) would be an advantage.
  • Willing to work extra-hours (occasionally).
  • Have positive attitude, good leadership quality and good teamwork.

2. Purchasing Officer

Job Description :

  • Pre order, buy, and make PO in accordance with material control.
  • Cross-check orders due to production readiness of purchased parts.
  • Check quality and delivery of purchased parts from supplier.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Economics, Business, Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

3. Marketing Officer

Job Description :

  • Evaluate the development of new types projects, start from design process, brochures, until mass production.
  • Control and resolve complains from customers
  • Looking for new ideas, find new customers, and increase market share

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or equivalent with GPA min. 2,75.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, but fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Having knowledge in English (min. passive) and driver's license.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Hard worker, creative, and able to work under pressure.

4. Export Marketing Officer

Job Description :

  • Handle projects and get cooperation with related divisions to ensure the project goes according to plan.
  • Control and resolve complains from customers.
  • Make operational meeting monthly report.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or equivalent with GPA min. 2,75.
  • Fluent in Japanese
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

5.CNC Programmer

Job Description :

  • Make CNC milling programme and set the machine.
  • Control output quality to meet standard.

Requirement :

  • Bachelor/ diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering with GPA min. 2.75.
  • Experienced in making CNC Milling programme min. 1 year.
  • Discipline, honest, and responsible and willing to work extra hours if necessary.
